Programs provide peer support, companionship and community information. They do not replace medical, legal, financial or clinical services.

Friendly Visitor supports older adults who would value regular conversation and social connection. A trained volunteer offers companionship centred on the older adult's interests and preferences. Contact the Society to ask about current availability.

Caregiver Support offers respectful, non-clinical peer support for unpaid caregivers. Trained volunteers listen, share relevant community information and help caregivers feel less alone in the work they do.
